2023 Summer Barbecue

Join us for our Summer Social BBQ at Lussmanns Sustainable Kitchen & garden.

Monday 24th July 2023

5:30pm till Late

£27 per person

This event is open to members of the chamber plus any colleagues, partners, family, and friends.

On arrival you will be served a complimentary glass of sparkling followed by a sit-down dinner including a starter and a main course. (Please ensure to choose your options, once booking your ticket) Followed by coffee & chocolate truffles to end.

This will be a wonderful event to network and socialise with friends both new and old.

Starters

Veggie: Chargrilled nectarine & Somerset ewe’s curd salad

Fish: South Coast devilled sprats lemon & herb mayonnaise

Meat: Woodland-reared crispy pulled pork Puy lentils, finely chopped vegetables, dressing

Mains

Veggie: Roasted vegetable, Leccino olive & lemon paella with grilled Barnet halloumi

Fish: Whole Cornish mackerel marinated in capers & lemon with green salad (off the grill)

Meat: Rhug organic lamb leg steak (bone in) North African marinade, Greek salad (off the grill)
