BDCC Christmas Lunch

The Berkhamsted & District Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the annual Christmas lunch is back again this year. Please join us at The Highwayman in Berkhamsted to celebrate this festive period with your colleagues, peers and friends.

The lunch will be starting at 12:30pm on the 19th of December and will end around 3pm. The price is only £40 for a 3 course meal including a welcome drink of a glass of house white, red, beer or soft drink.

• Muscat pumpkin soup (vg v)
   + toasted pumpkin seeds & oil

• Salt cod croquette gf
   + smoked haddock chowder, piquillo peppers

• Pork terrine
   + pickled red cabbage, garlic toast

• Pan-fried gnocchi (vg v)
   + truffled Jerusalem artichoke sauce, shaved artichokes

• Slow-cooked Beef Blade – 634 kcal
   + truffle mash, bone marrow & herb crumb, rich red wine sauce

• Slow-cooked duck leg confit – 1,361 kcal
   + haricot bean & chorizo cassoulet

• Harissa aubergine (vg v)
   + baba ganoush, roast butternut squash, pomegranate molasses

• Woodland-raised bronze turkey
   + chestnut stuffing, rissole potatoes, Brussels sprouts & port gravy

• Pan-fried sea bream
   + mussels, samphire, crushed potatoes, saffron sauce

Desserts

• Madagascan vanilla crème brûlée (v gf)

• Dark chocolate mousse dome (v)
   + citrus marmalade, orange cream, chocolate crumb
