THE CHAMBER will be hosting its second lunch of the year at Copper House and this time it’s lunch with a twist!
Restaurateur, Andy Simpson, is always looking to ring the changes, so this time it’s sharing plates courtesy of some fine Copper House tapas.
The lunch will comprise a welcome glass of wine or soft drink and then the following mouth-watering menu:
Chorizo bullets with maple syrup and soy glaze
Mini Pimlico peppers with cream cheese
Cheese and charcuterie boards
Vine leaves stuffed with lemon rice
Potato tortilla
Mini Asparagus quiche
Cajun prawn skewers
