Well, as the festive season approaches, why not brush up your knowledge of wine at an informal, tutored wine tasting evening?
Hosted by food and wine expert, Claire Dickson, who has 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and who runs her own company, Nextonyourtable, you will have the opportunity to taste a variety of reds and whites accompanied by appropriate nibbles. Claire specialises in pairing wines with various foods.
The evening begins at 6.30pm with a glass of fizz followed by the wine tasting and ends with a fabulous cheese board, so no need to have a full meal before you come out!
There will be some prizes along the way and the opportunity to purchase the wines tasted, so you can stock up for Christmas.
The evening is limited to 30 and is being subsidised by the Chamber. It’s just £15 for Chamber Members and is sure to sell out, so don’t delay, book today!
