We provide mental health and wellbeing support for people across Hertfordshire. We offer a wide range of services at our Wellbeing Centres and other local venues. Our support is open to everyone in Hertfordshire aged 18 and over, and we have dedicated services for children and young people aged 5 to 19.

Our goal is to make sure no one in Hertfordshire faces mental health challenges alone.

We are a local Mind, connected to the national Mind charity. We raise our own funds to keep our services running, and every donation helps people right here in Hertfordshire.
