OPEN DOOR COMMUNITY SPACE in Berkhamsted ran a very successful fun and brain teasing Quiz Night on Friday 25th January and raised over £1200 for the Open Door Project.

Held at All Saints Church, the interactive quiz attracted around 90 participants who formed teams of eight and pitted their wits in a multi-layered, interactive quiz which included various rounds of general knowledge and entertainment rounds such as Scottish Dancing (well it was Burns’ Night!) and “Elvis” impressions.

The evening was compered and masterminded by the very entertaining Lily Donlan and there was even a tasty supper to feed the brain cells!  There was a great atmosphere, further enlivened by the live music of Burp (Berkhamsted Ukelele Random Players), who generously supported the event.

Such was its success, Open Door are very likely to run a similar event again, so watch their space!
