SOLD OUT – Chamber Lunch at the Copper House

THE CHAMBER will be hosting its first post-Covid lunch and to celebrate, we’re trying somewhere new, the Copper House Bar at the Town Hall, Berkhamsted High Street.

The lunch will comprise a welcome glass of wine or soft drink, an amuse bouche and two courses for just £25 (Chamber Members) and £30 for non-Members.

The restaurant requires pre-orders, so please put in your two courses on the booking form.

Amuse Bouche

~ Tomato and mozzarella bruschetta ~

Starters

~ Cream of asparagus soup served with Parmesan crisp and sour dough croute  ~

~  Smoked salmon with horseradish crème fraiche rocket salad and ciabatta crossing ~

Mains

~ Roast chicken breast stuffed with red pepper mousse, fondant potato, green beans

and a herb cream sauce ~

~ Ratatouille stuffed aubergine served with potato pearls, sautéed baby spinach

and a tomato Provençal sauce ~
